Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) fully on www.homelabs.ie which is owned and operated by Home Labs Diagnostics. This Agreement presents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at www.homelabs.ie.
By using or accessing this Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or purchasing the products, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept our Policies (T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy) or you are under 18 years of age, then you should not access or use this Site or order products from this Site.
Home Labs Diagnostics carries no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this Site (www.homelabs.ie). The information contained in this Site does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness. This Site and its components are offered for informational purposes only. This Site is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Site and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES
1.1. Home Labs Diagnostics attempts to be as accurate as possible however we cannot guarantee that product descriptions and other contents are accurate and error free. There may be information in this Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you.
1.2. Prices and availabilities of products are subject to change without notice. The prices presented in this Site include VAT. Delivery charges are added separately to each order.
2. SHIPMENT POLICY
2.1. This Policy describes how We ship our goods. Every order is subject to availability and to our acceptance and We reserve the right to refuse any order.
2.2. We ship our products within Republic of Ireland only.
2.3. The products are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving order confirmation, subject to availability.
2.4. Delivery cost is €4.99 for standard delivery.
2.5. We normally use standard delivery service (An Post) or courier service for large orders.
2.6. We may be unable to change the delivery address after sending the order confirmation.
2.7. If you receive the wrong products, the products are damaged or faulty, or if your order is incomplete, please e-mail us at help@homelabs.ie within 7 days of receipt of the product describing the problem and include the order number. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
2.8. If your package and products arrive damaged, they may have been damaged in transit. In that case, please contact us right away and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. We would only need you to send us a photo of both the product and package that have been damaged so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. PAYMENT POLICY
3.1. When you have finished shopping and wish to complete your order you will proceed to the secure checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order. After that you will then be issued with an order number and confirmation of your order by email. We use the most up to date shopping procedures, reinforced with a reliable and secure checkout processing system by Stripe. You can be 100% confident that we have invested in the most secure transaction methods available today. Your card will be charged, and goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment on the same day whenever possible.
3.2. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method and that you authorise us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled until you are able to resolve the payment issue.
4. CANCELLATIONS
4.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery of the product to you. For public health reasons, however, no cancelations of COVID-19 test kits can be accepted after such test has been shipped.
4.2. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision in writing (e-mail us at help@homelabs.ie). You must then promptly return the product to us within 14 days from informing us of your decision to cancel the order, at your own cost. Please note that you can only cancel your order if the product has not been opened and it’s fully sealed. Once we receive the returned product from you, we will reimburse to you the payment received from you for the product, excluding the shipping cost, withing 14 days from receiving the product from you.
4.3. The right to cancel the order does not apply to products that have been opened and the seal on the kit broken. Those products cannot be returned for health protection reasons.
5. NOTIFICATION PROVISION
5.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time as necessary and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments to these T&Cs. If there are any changes to our T&Cs or Privacy Policy, we will announce that the changes have been made to those Agreements on our home page. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

6.1. All content included on the Site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by Home Labs Diagnostics and are protected by international copyright laws.
